To setup a student-athlete's academic
profile simply follow these steps: |

- First, Print This Page to help guide you through the registration process.
- Next, open the NATS Eligibility Calculator by clicking here: Eligibility Calculator.
- Scroll down the page to the area that reads "Sign-Up Now."
- Follow the fields to register your student-athlete (S/A). Be sure to use your high school phone number and NOT the student-athlete's.
- For the username (email address), use the S/A's FIRST INITIAL, MIDDLE INITIAL and LAST NAME followed by @(your high school name here).com.
- For Example: John L. Doe from Cedar Cliff HS would be - jldoe@cedarcliff.com
- Then choose one "Password" to use for ALL student-athletes. The "Password" must be at least "8 characters" long and must also contain at least "one number." Example: "athletes1."
- ***NOTE - DO NOT GIVE OUT THIS PASSWORD TO ANYONE!
- Complete the registration process and click on "Register."
- Next, click on "Proceed to login page."
- Then, click "Login"
- Go to the last tab on the top right and click on "TeamMate."
- Then click on "Update Courses."
You may now follow the prompts and setup the S/A's course selections, grades, etc. When finished compiling information, scroll to the bottom of the page and click on "Calculate/Save."
Your S/A's academic information is now compiled and saved. To add, change, or update course work to any profile, simply login using the student-athlete's personal "Username" and the school's "Password" you chose. Then repeat steps #9 and #10. |
